Digiact and the goal to give a boost to companies in the digital world
These have been tough times for businesses. Confinements and closures of various businesses have highlighted the difficulties faced by small and medium-sized businesses. The latter are not always at ease with digital tools and therefore have a significant disadvantage nowadays where everything is digitalized. Digiact's goal is to help small and medium-sized companies in their digital transformation. For this purpose, three training courses have been designed in order to allow a company manager to become autonomous with digital tools.
Companies can choose one of the 3 training courses: building and distributing their website, mastering online sales, or securing their computer system. These trainings are led by digital experts, they are composed of group sessions, individual coaching and personal work, all in remote and funded by the French government.
This initiative was created in order to give companies a boost in the digital world, in order to develop their sales activities not only in stores but also on an e-commerce website for example.
The creation of Digiact was set up within the framework of the French economic recovery plan. Redfabriq, along with Kalamon Consulting and TGS France, won the call for tenders from FranceNum and BPI France in order to support the various companies in their digital needs.
